• Free consultation to find out information about your wedding and determine how you wish the wedding to flow
• Additional timeline and detail meeting 3-4 weeks before the wedding
• Final walk-thru at venue if needed
• Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary/timeline creation
• Vendor checks/confirmation of arrangements for the wedding day
• Availability via phone or email for any questions or vendor referrals as needed
• Attendance and direction at rehearsal
• Responsibility of any personal items needed for the wedding day (e.g., place cards, favors, etc.)
• Arrival for set-up before your wedding
• Detailed placement of all ceremony and reception items
• Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony, including prompting musicians, officiant(s), and bridal party line up
• Personal direction of guests during the wedding
• Management of any emergencies with ease
• Attending, overseeing, and directing the reception, including food service and cueing all events with the couple and the emcee
• Distribution of final payments and tips to vendors
• Secure all gifts and cards with the point person of your choice
• Use of the wedding day emergency kit throughout the day/evening
