This package is designed for the busy couple that simply does not have the time to research, organize and execute every aspect of planning a wedding on their own. If this describes you, the research that goes into planning the perfect wedding can be reduced with the help of Better Together Events, leaving you with a stress-free wedding day to enjoy. This package includes the day of package services as well as the following:
- Six check-in meetings throughout the planning process, unlimited consulting via email/phone
- Budget development
- Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
- Provision of a wedding day time-line and distribute to all vendors prior to wedding day
- Provision of a wedding day schedule for the bridal party and any key family members
- Scheduling of and attendance at all vendor meetings (e.g., baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.)
- Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Assisting with selection and booking an officiant for the wedding
- Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
- Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations and other wedding stationary
- Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
- Reviewing vendors' contracts and coordinating with vendors/keeping track of vendor payments
- Ceremony planning (preparing a unique ceremony and vows)
